The SAIRLA-funded IIED-led research project Sustainable Intensification: Trade-Offs for Agricultural Management (SITAM) seeks to understand how smallholder farmers in Africa manage the trade-offs between production, sustainability, environmental and socio-economic factors. This report presents the findings of a livelihood analysis study conducted in the Nandom and Lawra Districts, north western Ghana in 2017.
